Newcastle has a great range of different training areas to suite beginners to seasoned traceurs. Some highlight spots have been listed below. There are also plenty of secret areas to find on your own =)
These sessions for people to motivate and learn from each other. Please note these are not official classes, if you are new to parkour it is highly recommended to attend one of our dedicated classes
Training runs twice a week on Monday and Thursday nights, 6 to 7.30 pm meeting in-front of Newcastle Town Hall.
- Monday consists of Parkour specific technique drills which involve repeating movements and linking them in circuits.
- Thursday is primarily a strength and conditioning session involving body weight specific exercises which include things such as; jumping, running, push-ups etc.
Before attending it is best to visit the Newcastle Parkour Facebook Group to check attendance.
Anyone is welcome to join these sessions as long as they bring a positive attitude.
