Creative/Active kids Vouchers!

Next term we'll be accepting both vouchers for indoor and outdoor parkour classes! We will be accepting the vouchers at the front desk for term sign up for the first 3 weeks of term only. If you do intend on signing up for the term please arrive early so we can process the vouchers!

Parkour Gym?

We have pushed back our opening date to mid January. I made this decision so we could have the time to develop a top quality space that has all safety aspects fully thought out. We also now have the time to start pre-building equipment for the new space and using them at the Ninja Parc so we can keep evolving classes and keep open sessions interesting!

Class Changes

If you notice on the new timetable (overleaf) We have shuffled class start times around so we have time to talk with both students and parents. Being able to debrief and talk with your instructor is important to us. We are a community and we want to make sure we stay connected.

New Classes!

We finally have a Family Parkour (3-4 yrs + a parent) and a Junior Parkour (4-6 years) class starting on a Thursday morning! We also have indoor Teen Parkour classes on Mondays and a new indoor Adults Intermediate on a Tuesday afternoon.

Holiday Classes

We have extra first timers classes on during the holidays if you have friends who wish to try parkour. Current students can join a friends first timers class for free to support them during their first class! Just check www.newcastleparkour.com for times!

We still run our Wednesday afternoon sessions, our Thursday outdoor classes as well as our Sunday indoor classes during the holidays. All other classes start back next term!

New Instructors

We have a new Kinder Parkour coordinator Killian Denecker, and 4 new assistant instructors. Killian is qualified in Early Childhood Education and has over 5 years teaching kids circus, gymnastics and now parkour! We are ecstatic to welcome him and the new assistant instructors to the team.

Holiday Training

We have a free social jam on Saturday October 5th at 10:30 AM in Civic Park but please note; there is no supervision, insurance, liability or coaching provided at this event. This is more suited to the older students who have done intermediate or outdoor classes before. For more information for this event, please join our community Facebook group “Newcastle Parkour and Freerunning”.

Closing Notes

As always, thank you all for being excellent students, parents, and community members. You are all the reason we are still here teaching classes. All of us at Newcastle Parkour wish you a happy school holidays, and we will see you next term!

Head coach

Alexander Rzechowicz.
